As way of introduction, I’m Michael Fearne, the owner of Burst Development. I like to help people learn and I like to find new and exciting ways to do that. At the moment I do this mostly in the corporate world in Australia.

Let’s go with the Captain Obvious statement and say that corporate learning is changing. In a world where each individual has a powerful, mobile computer always with them (aka smartphones) and connects them to whoever or whatever they want in real-time, many of the ways in which we ask people to learn seem not just old but ancient.
